The opening in the cardboard of the holder needs to be just a little bit larger than the coin, so that it holds the coin securely without too much pressure nor too little (too little lets the coin move).
I don't like the idea of stapling further from the hole, that too allows the coin to move.
Best I can offer is to try another supplier / manufacturer.
