I have what I believe to be a shooting medal. I'm not sure how to date it or where it is from. There are no dates nor letting on either side. Any help dating and locating where this medal is from would be great.

Side 1: has what looks like a woman/girl skipping or dancing with something in here hands(I can't tell what she's holding)

Possible-Shooting-Medal?

Side 2: has 2 rifles I believe, with a target centered in between them just above where they are crossed and possibly oak leaves(?) on the outsides of the guns.
