I'm thinking it may be higher than that, high AU, maybe better. Hard to tell because the coin seems to be quite dirty. I would suggest a nice bath in pure acetone to remove those fingerprints/grime. If you are causing the fingerprints, I would like to suggest that you only handle the coins on the rims or wear thin cotton gloves when handling the coins.

I'm surprised the grade is so high but I don't know about Canadian grading and I don't find Charlton or coinsandcanada.com grading pages very useful.

There's very little hair detail showing so do you just grade by the rev ?
