I saw it too, CHD, and mentioned it in my earlier post.

I use PCGS and NGC -- not because I think they are the best or most accurate graders -- but because I'm going to pass away one of these days and whoever inherits my collection might wish to sell it (although I certainly pray not.), and in such a case, I want whomever that may be to have the best results when it comes across the block at Heritage or wherever. There's an additional insurance benefit as well in terms of valuation.

I have seen plenty of hits and misses from ICG, ANACS, PCGS, NGC, and SEGS to know that each one has some they call right and some that don't even get close. If ANACS and ICG could spend the marketing dollars of PCGS or NGC, and had the advertising savvy that the "Big Two" do, they'd catch up in perceived price difference really quick. (How much of the value of a PCGS holder is simply because Joe Average, the novice/super-casual collector, has actually heard of them vs. the others?)
