Here we have one. A second proof die (Obverse 5/Reverse E) was used to finish the run of proofs and the date was blundered. The "1" digit was pressed into Liberty's gown, twice. Quote: much tougher in solid MS This would have been much more solid if not for the staining. 62 is still a nice grade however. Not a lot out there and they only come up here and there at auction in MS62/63/64. There's a couple of MSPL examples on Heritage that have sold over the years.
