Hello, this is my first post and been lurking for a short bit.

I have this 1936 Wheat penny but something is different about this penny. It has striation lines in it. Never seen a coin like this.

Can you tell me more about the penny?

It's a woody! Actually an improper alloy mixture error, but that's the nickname due to the woodgrain effect. Nice.
