Very nice note you have. This is showing a 100% offset with very good clarity and it appears to be in uncirculated condition. I believe any collector of these would be more then thrilled to have such an example.
Are you sure about that holder you have it in, it looks like it would be difficult to remove without damaging the note. I'd put it in a regular mylar currency sleeve.
