You are correct, it is a Close AM!
All 2008 business strikes are the Close AM variety though, so it's not anything special. The 1992 Close AMs are the ones to looks for, or the Wide AM on 1993-2008 cents with the exception of the 1994-2008 Proof cents, which are the Wide AM reverse.
