"With only one neutral feedback (and no reason why that shouldn't have been a positive) out of 8845 transactions and Feedback Score of 4109, this guy should be mounted on a pedestal as a model eBayer!"

In actual fact, the feedback thing on ebay is a pile of BS and I wouldn't rely on it to be accurate. Having to deal with arrogant Ebayers can also give you unwarranted negatives..

Agreed, but it's the only thing with which we have to work when judging the qualities and reputation of a seller or buyer. Thousands (hundreds of thousands?) of messages have been sent to Bill Cobb, North American ebay CEO telling him that the feedback system is a pile of junk. Nevertheless, if a seller or buyer is bad, sooner or later it's gonna be reflected in his/her feedback. Do not be too quick to dismiss it. As an 8-year ebay veteran, I treasure my 100% positive feedback (no negs, no neutrals, no mutually withdrawals) and plan to maintain it as long as possible. However, there is always the mentally imbalanced person who perceives it his/her bound duty to mess up somebody's perfect score no matter how well a transaction proceeded. A savvy buyer or seller will always check the opposite party's feedback and make his/her own judgement. For gbcoinauctions to make it as far as he has with only one neutral feedback indicates he is an outstanding eBayer of the highest quality.

I Strongly recommend

1964chev327

I bought a Prussian coin and he sent me the wrong one on accident that was of higher value then the one I bought. After telling him and asking what he would like me to do he offered to send me the correct one as well!

He has won me over as a repeat customer for life.

Dave Enders has been mentioned before in different topics (maybe even this one - I didn't backtrack) and I've not only purchased from him but have exchanged personal messages with him. He is undoubtedly one of the best and most honest ebay coin sellers. I would recommend him in a Yankee second.

Not a recommended dealer, but a tip -- look for reputable sellers who either:

1) Do not deal in coins as their primary ebay business or

2) the occasional ebay seller (i.e feeback of 100 to 300) liquidating a collection, a hoard of coins, or even a stash of a few coins.

These auctions are frequently overlooked, and you can get good prices from these sellers if you are confident in your grading skills.

Since becoming interested in World polymer banknotes, I have been surfing around and found
a seller who had just a few polymer notes ( most of his notes were paper).
Before I attempted to deal with this eBayer I sent him an email with my interest in polymer notes as a fairly new banknote collector, with some questions and concerns. After receiving his response I took a chance (he impressed me and that is not an easy task)

I purchased ('Buy Now' preferred) as a' try me' paper notes that some of you may have won in my contest. Since this purchase he has added additional notes (polymer).
I was thrilled. "He listened to me" !

ebay seller 'Banknotes-International' formally known eTreasures _Auctions. is highly a recommended for all your banknotes.

I'd like to recommend the ebayer numiscent as a seller of high-grade Lincolns. I purchased a 09-S VDB from him and had a very good experience. He's also one of the best I've seen at using multiple photos to depict the auction item. A very helpful and professional guy all around.

Hi I live in Tampa Florida and have a small collection of coins that I am wanting to get rid of that my grandfather left me. Most of them were purchased from the Morgan Mint it seems. Could anyone recommend a place for me to take them in Tampa that won't try and scam me? Thx!

I heard you 'loud and clear' and because of your recommendation I tried him out.
Great transaction and great communication. He will be the dealer I'll be going to for the "S" mints I'm after.

Thanks,
