Looks like a lamination to me. And that price doesn't make me laugh.... It makes me sick! Scammers.

Looks like lamination.

How can they even tell the date to determine it's a 1943? Almost looks like a 1 on the end not a 3

In the questions section, he explains that he has tested it already, it's not Steel.
I suppose if he doesn't sell it this time, he could list it again as a 1922 plain.

Oh, I guess he listed it as a "bronze" penny. So maybe it was determined by the seller by weight? If so, they should include this information in the description
