Looks like a Wilhelm III one etto coin from Prussia although I can't seem to find the obverse anywhere. might be from a part of Germany like a Dutchy or something like that
I have bought a few French (mostly) and German jetons from higher priced dealers' junk bins.
They can be a bit frustrating in their identification; there are a few specialised books published on them. Because of their low value as collector pieces as a genre, they are not 'maistream' for most collectors.
I would imagine that the price of purchase of specialist books on jetons would not be justified for the relatively few jetons found in the collections of those who have only a passing interest in them.
That is why responses are typical: 'This is not a coin, it is a jeton', and why further progression of identification is unusual.
