I blame Chris for posting up Byzantines the other week, it put the idea in my head I need more of them, so I chose this one.

Nice coin. I have not yet bought any Byzantine coins but this one makes then idea tempting.

This is an excellent example. Wish mine were as nice as this one. Congrats, nice to see someone else beside Chris and I interested in Byzantine coins.

...watch out, looks like the byzantine fever is going around. it's contagious! that's a very nice one DK! here's mine, pretty good really, but not as nice as yours!

Chris I have two and yours is also way better than mine. I checked v-coins today and for one like David's and yours they are selling over the $200.

This is my second one, and I didn't pay nearly that much. it cost me £49 which is about the same as my first one pictured below.  Thanks for the nice words, I think it is a nice example... I wonder exactly what the writing says though. (I am sure I will be able to find out but it's late now and time for bed)
