I'm thinking lam... if it were a Retained Cud it would be a die crack correct? this look more like peeling.

If the "crack" is a void it's a lam. If it's raised, it's a crack. If it goes through the rim it's a Cud. If it stops at the rim, it's a pre-cud die break. Because the devices are in it, it is retained. A close-up would be helpful.
