See Ron Greenes excellent work on these jewellery pieces. They are for the most part not that expensive. If. I remember correctly these and numerous other versions were made in the early twentieth century. . Some have BC , some have Manitoba , some have Bisons. They are privately made and are NOT coins.

No, only the seller thinks it's fractional.
