Would anyone happen to know something about this medal? I've had it for several years, and pulled it out again today to conduct some more research on it. All I've been able to dig up is the assigned designation of the medal (HK-695) and its original manufacturer. Essentially, I'm just wondering if it's anything inherently rare or valuable (before I decide what to do with it!).

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Rarity R-4 (201 - 500 known).

Top NGC grade is MS 65.

Based on my email records, a NGC MS 65 HK-695 was being offered for sale at $125 in April 2015.
