Not MS, but probably somewhere between AU-57 and AU-59. Nice Coin! Where did you get it from?

@ MichioKaku, I bought a large lot of Indian Head cents, mostly good to fine. this was the best one in the lot.

Too many markers that the coin was circulated albeit lightly. AU58RB

Nice die cracks on the reverse and you can see a crack and the start of a Cud forming @ 10:00 or so on the obverse.

Agree with AU58RB if the color is original.

AU58 because there's the slightest bit of rub on the hair? Is it the little nics/marks? Nice pick up in the lot for sure.

The highpoints show some wear, and the shield on the reverse shows a bit more wear than an AU-58 piece would.

AU-55.
