Not MS, but probably somewhere between AU-57 and AU-59. Nice Coin! Where did you get it from?

@ MichioKaku, I bought a large lot of Indian Head cents, mostly good to fine. this was the best one in the lot.

Nice die cracks on the reverse and you can see a crack and the start of a Cud forming @ 10:00 or so on the obverse. Agree with AU58RB if the color is original.

AU58 because there's the slightest bit of rub on the hair? Is it the little nics/marks? Nice pick up in the lot for sure.

 The highpoints show some wear, and the shield on the reverse shows a bit more wear than an AU-58 piece would. AU-55.
