looked it up in world coin book and it looks like its a 4 sols ,french piece

4 Sols (1/15 ecu) dit "des Traitants".

Obverse : LVDOVICVS. XIIII. D. GRA.
Reverse : FRAN. ET. NAVARRĘ. REX. 16-75.

But in your coin the mintmark is unreadable : A=Paris and D=Lyon. And the year is incertain.
