1943 Steel Cent - Missing L?

I have a 1943 zinc and its magnetic and is totally gray on both side.But mine is in great condition and has missing letter L in word Pluribus.can that be a good mis- stamp.?

It is a struck through filled die error as shown on this page: http://www.lincolncentsonline.com/filleddie.html
It happens when grease or some other gunk gets in the die and prevents it from transferring the devices to the coin. They usually don't have much added value and are fairly common, with the exception being the 1922 no mint mark cent.

1943 cents are made of Steel, that's why they are magnetic. They have an outer coating of Zinc on them to prevent rust.
