Well, you know me, always the conservative. First the coin is beautiful and I am going to raise my grade 1 point over all. The mark on the face and corrosion under the coat against the rim hurts the obverse. If that is red turning brown it is another story. The reverse shows a few carbon stops, I assume. It is an overall good strike and the fields are great.

MS-65 or 66 if not corrosion.

There's no corrosion under the coat, that is some alloy variation in the planchet. The coin is lighter than my crappy pics, my white balance was off, so it's dark (the background is white)....it's actually more bassy colored, very bright in hand.
