I know you're probably taking about the doubling you are seeing on the "E" and the "R", which I think is MD, but there is definietly a die clash on the nose. It also looks like one right in front of his forehead (hard to tell without a close up of that area) which is typical for this coin when there is a clash on the nose. You should also check right under the chin/in front of the neck area. Good find!
