I have looked at photos online but the medium and large letters look so much alike. I am thinking this is the large letter variety? Also cannot find guidelines for grading, but am thinking Almost Good? Any thoughts?

It appears to have environmental damaage (ED), so I would give it a grade of G-04 details.

Yeah it's a Large Letters. A bit tough to tell, but the tell for me is the space between the feet of the letters in STATES. If they're close it's a large.
