While the note is nice find, I can't help but ask: With a suffix of E isn't this the fifth printing for this particular number. If so wouldn't a note with the same number but a suffix of A be a more valuable note.
I would keep this one. I have never found one this low in the wild and would be placing it with my other raw note keepers. I believe someone asked what a low number is. That is a debatable topic - I consider 5 leading zeroes to be LOW. 00000XXX. Although I wouldn't throw a note with 4 leading zeroes back to the wild either
ghostrider - not necessarily. If the print run was a short run then the notes in that run would likely have more premium than the first print run.
