Technically speaking, I've coin roll hunted, as I'm a cashier at a pharmacy now and I've had the job a few weeks.

Anyway, the craziest thing happened today. When my shift started, they gave me an ordinary drawer that was filled properly, and I didn't notice much. There was a nickel roll that I opened and found 2 from the 50's, which I later traded out. But at the end of the day, I had to count my drawer, and believe it or not, I saw a grey edge out of the corner of my eye, and sure enough, it was a 1952-D quarter! This is my 2nd silver quarter in a year, which is amazing since they're the hardest coin to find in rolls!

Amazing find! I have yet to find a silver quarter in circulation. My mom does have $11 in silver quarters that she will give me when I get older. Great find. Happy hunting!

We have a large jar that my wife throws every quarter we get in change into. We typically cash them in before a vacation for some extra spending money. It went 2 years and when I searched them I found 1 silver quarter. Pretty rare these days! Nice find.

Always fun to find silver in change, it doesn't happen often. Congrats!

My son has roll hunted quarters for years and only found 2 or 3 silvers. That's very few compared to all the silver nickels and dimes he has found.

Congratulations on your find!
