This was contributed by Mila_Cent in the main forum but it holds prominence here. Most of these slabs are being offered on ebay holding specific coinage (US Flowing Hair, Bust and Trade dollars plus Crown size foreign coins). Here's the link to the NGC public service announcement providing diagnostics for the fake holders with pictures.
