MS63, no circulation wear evident, but flatly struck, especially on the reverse, which is not entirely uncommon. Slight milkiness and haze indicates possible past cleaning, but the eye appeal is not overly harmed. Appears to have some luster in photos; I think photos are making coin look worse than it is in hand.
