Has anyone ever gotten a mint or proof set that had 2 of one of the coins in it like 2 quarters or anything like that?

I have a 1999 mint set with two Georgia quarters in it, and no Pennsylvania. Not sure if it increases the value or not, but would be good to know.

I have never seen that happen. I will have to check all mine next time I get them out.
