Maybe EF-40 Details ? not sure if the corrosion obv. and rev.would designate it as details or not.

Could be the pics but looks like surface is covered in micro-porosity. Spent time in/on the ground perhaps. Not a difficult date to find in unblemished condition....jmho

If you buy a coin with a problem you will ALWAYS have a coin with a problem.
Stain!?
Verdigris on both sides.

That's an inexpensive coin.
Ignore it and find one without problems.

If there is separation of the ribbon, it's minimum XF-40. However due to the dark spot above the head I'd give it a details grade of VF-30. That green corrosion should come off.

VF details. Hardly worth the effort to conserve this - some discoloration will almost certainly remain in affected areas. Not worth more than 25 cents.
