From my experiences with nnc about 1 out of every 4 coins I've seen graded by them has had some type
Of problem .. The ones that I've believed to be problem free I always assume are 2-4 grades lower , I don't believe I've ever seen one of their coins that was close to being accurate ...
Now don't get me wrong I'm not saying you have a problem coin but I do agree that it is closer to ms 62-63..
I own a few NNC coins myself and even though all are over graded a few are nice coins ..
