Certainly 58 at worst, very possibly a 64. Are those rim tics at 4:00 and 7:30 on reverse?

I think the "rim tics" are on the slab, not the coin.
They are at 4;00, 7:00, and 12:00 on the reverse.

MS63, obverse could have been a sharper strike, but reverse is beautiful!
