Looks weakly struck without a lot of wear. I'll say XF40.

XF. Is it being photographed through a scratched window, or all the marks on the coin? A couple notable dings on the rev rims as well.

Lots of scratches on slab... looks like 3 dings on rim, possible coin was held in some holder for jewelry?

XF details cleaned.
ACG is just an unauthorized grading company.

Sometimes ACG isn't that far off. This time they were.

Good old ACG. Like a rock, usually.
