Hi,
I found this puzzling item/coin(with 4-5 more ancient coins) or whatever it is in my ex-mother in law closet.She was from Palestine/Israel.
She told me she found it in her yard,4o years ago.
Can anyone of you please ID this?

I had a very similar looking piece in my mystery file for a while; I originally thought it was from India; turned out it was from Ottoman Egypt. Here's mine, for comparison:

It is very simmilar !Can be turkish,the land was under turkish occupation for 400 years.
Still,will be nice if we can have more information obout it.
