Decent wear on the high points. VF+ is my vote. How natural does the luster look to you?

It's interesting how much the design of this coin shares with a Trade dollar with a Statue of Liberty Head. This was minted the year the Statue was dedicated in NYC. All the more interesting is it being used in support of imperialized nations at the time.
