So I sold this 1964 dollar on ebay as the "no dot" variety as it seemed very clear to me the dot was missing. However the person I sold it to just contacted me saying it wasn't. So here's the pic that was in the listing, I would like some more opinions please.

The auction number is 272010831895
I requested he send me a picture showing that it is not what I said it was. I think it would be hard for him to switch as there are other identifying marks on the letters around the T.S. area that he couldn't duplicate, such as the little slash on the top of the C in Quebec. He has a very high feedback number with all positive feedback so I doubt he is trying to pull a fast one, probably just doesn't know exactly what the variety is.

Maybe the buyer is an idiot and thinks there should be no dot after the TS as well not just in between. You never know because that picture clearly shows the no dot variety.

UPDATE He still insists it's not the no dot variety; I asked him for a picture but he says he has no means of taking one, but has shown the coin to other people and they agree with him, so he is returning the coin. He thinks I messed up and sent him the wrong one, but I had no other 1964's for sale or around that I could have accidentally mixed it up with. So I am eagerly awaiting for the coin to come back to me so I can have a look at it again to see which one of us is Mr. Wrong in this case. No big deal to me really as I made a mistake in the listing and sold it for less than I had originally intended anyway! C'est la vie...
