Can anyone point out with a photo where the 'closed bud' variety(1879 50C Closed Bud WB-102) of an 1879 Seated Liberty half is located and how it compares to a normal 1879 half?

thanks

For 1879

WB-101 is Tail Hub Variety 1 or "Open bud" proof only

WB-102 is Tail Hub Variety 2 or "Closed bud"

The bud is located above the H of half

Example of WB-101 http://coins.ha.com/itm/seated-half...tion-071515#

Example of WB-102 http://coins.ha.com/itm/seated-half...ption-071515

Hope this explains the difference.
