Not going to bid on it. Would it be details since the scratches on the obverse? Would it even be GRADABLE? Mintmark area is gone.

I have always been told that with out being 100% sure of the mint mark it would not be graded. I think this one has enough damage that even it is was gradeable it would likely have details. I have been close many times to having a PO-01 coin but the mintmark gets me everytime. I am sure others will chime in about it.
