My copper penny sorter missies about 5% of the copper pennies. Does any one know how to fix it?

I got it on ebay its a model ch268-t

Ah, well that's not the best sorter anyway and they're known to actually sort to less than 95% so I think you're doing alright @ 95%.

IMHO, if you need it to be 100%, dump it and invest in something a little more expensive.

I don't unfortunately, I could list a couple but have no first hand experience to guide you. Read a couple of reviews for some more expensive ones, I'm sure they'll help even more.
