Got these as part of an unidentified ebay lot:

Two-Small-Bronze-Coins--Possibly-Medieval-Indian

Both of these look like bronze Indian coins that I have seen posted here before, but I am not familiar enough with these types to organize a plan of attack for an ID.

Larger coin:

14mm
2.75g
Obverse: Two characters within circle, surrounded by Arabic?
Reverse: Wheel divided into 6 segments, six pointed star within each segment. Dots around wheel.

Smaller coin:

10mm
1.35g

Obverse: Three circles with dot within; rod connected to circle. Dot at center of design and one dot between each circle.

Reverse: Three six-pointed stars with dots.

Any ideas on ID or where to start looking? I think the larger one is from ca. 900-1700 AD, and smaller one I suspect is much older.
