The major TPG are tough on Franklins. Head and cheek hits suggest 63 to me as well.

I think the slab picture looks better, but still a 63. A well struck example, but I don't think you will get FBL designation.

and my first look I gave it a 62 and it may be the photo but I dont think that is a FBL
