Good price. The thing about the PCGS photograde is that they do not take into account strike weakness, design modification (relief), and grade leniency for key dates. They just go off of the number on the label. I have seen VF/EF coins in the Photograde that look better than their AU counterparts.

You may be better off buying the ANA Grading Standards from Whitman Publishing.

TypeCoin - what you say is true, but I don't think any of your qualifications apply here, and it certainly isn't a key date.
