PCGS MS64PL. OGH's are known for "not really" PL designation, and I agree that this coin is probably "semi PL obverse, fully PL reverse."

In hand, reverse is 4-6" mirrors, obverse 2" max, using newsprint. I compared it to my DMPL 78 CC and the mirrors are far superior on the DMPL coin as expected, but this 79S is definitely PL on both sides, reverse being more PL than the obverse. I'll have to see if I can get Todd to photo it and bring out the mirrors.
Nearly flawless surfaces and a great strike, I think it would reslab MS65 or MS65PL

The reverse is mirrored enough that the die polishing lines reflect.
