Don't believe I have one, and for the price and condition, it's a great buy in my book. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1869-shield...p=true&rt=ncScratch on upper reverse, looks like an easy VG-10 if not VG details due to that scratch. Nice full date and full reverse. I know how PCGS and NGC grades these, and usually if there was a dig like that, it may or may not count as details. |

Not bad for the price. If graded I think it would grade problem free, however there is no financial incentive in my view to have this coin graded.

And it is a strong DDO to boot. Look at the circle on top of the shield and the lowest horizontal lines. |

I just got two Shield nickels off ebay last week for $2.50 and $5.00. I dont even collect them but I was looking at coins by seller and they had zero bids so I figured id give it a shot. |

Not a DDO, IMHO... Gosh I wish there was a website with all of the Shield nickel DD's listed with pics, right now there are NONE. not even wexler's site! |
