My understanding is that these are 'fantasy coins' called the Caciques (Chiefs) series and were privately minted in Switzerland by the Inter-Change Bank Suiza in, I believe, 1955. They are not circulation coins and their value would be as silver bullion.

They all have "made in caracas" on them, above the M inside a circle, which is probably a mint mark of Metalor.

Here is some information:

---
The Inter-Change Bank was a small bank that belonged to Dr. Remo Cademartori, creator and promoter of the "Chiefs of Venezuela". It seems that the best time of the bank passed during the dictatorship of Perez Jimenez. Shortly after the fall of the regime, the bank failed. Subsequently the bank's name was removed from the "Chiefs". It was gradually replaced as it was necessary to record new dies replacing worn.
---

Since these do not have the bank's name on them, they were probably made post 1958.
