Hey, I have a few wheats with minor Cuds, and breaks. I plan on trading them next week for some junk quarters. The only problem is, I do not know how much these coins are worth. I would be obliged for some help!

Only large die cracks are worth a premium,IMHO.

Your question is a bit too broad. Even on Wheat Cents the range in value will vary considerably depending on the extent of the die damage or crack, where it is located, and on what date/mm the problem occurs.

Show us some photos and we can give you a better idea. As a rule, if you can trade most minor issued Wheats for silver of any type, I'd just about let the silver trader have what they want.

If you want a realistic value you need to check ebay sold values.

Mine are about the same size as what is shown here. I have a doubled edge '58-d, a few Cuds, but no cracks, like I said the same size as is shown here.

Shown where? The home page for cuds-on-coins shows a dime struck with a split die, that is a rare and valuable error It is impossible to state anything accurately unless you provide some photos.

If you have ANY coin in ANY denomination of ANY date that has a half-coin Cud like the photo you referred us to, it is worth big bucks.

Is that ACTUALLY what your Wheats look like?

That appears to be a rim ding, not a Cud.

From here, it looks like a ding, but to the naked eye, it is most certainly a Cud. There's also another Cud on the back, so it is pretty rare.

Noticing how the rim curves in, that is definitely, 100% a rim ding.

to be sure, we would need bigger pictures. if you're talking about trading them to a dealer, most will not do that. no one will want to buy coins from a coin dealer that they can find in circulation. some Cuds can be worth money, but as said we would need pics. ebay is your best bet to sell low value coins
