191705796701While this coin isn't fake, the listing is deceptive, including the inclusion of PCGS's reject slip, which technically given how these are sent back, can't even be verified to belong to the coin in question, it could have been from another submission for all we know. Not sure if any of this violates
ebay's policies, but thought I would post it here to get the definitive answer one way or the other.
This coin appears to be a 1798 by the date position characteristics, PCGS just couldn't determine one way or another, rough coin. I just don't get why PCGS would put a date they can't verify on a slip like this. It leads to this kind of uncertainty. Maybe "ND" for 'no date' or a comment about how the date is unverifiable or something.
