It appears to be a ragged clip - from the end of the strip. Nice big error! Still a lot of original color to it too.

It would either be 1968 to 1978 (1988 would be a smaller/lighter planchet). And, you can see the corner of the 7 in the date.

In hands, the part of 7 is more visible. I think 1988 would have a different queen design too. The observe have a finger print and more dark near the edge compare to the reverse. What do you means by details?

PCGS would not call that a "details" coin - they would grade it as a ragged planchet strike. Lots of examples out there like this.

Judging by the obverse rim, this coin went through the upset mill like this too...
