Looks like Strike Doubling, the photos are hard to tell. Either Machine Doubling, Ejection Doubling, or a combination of both...

I believe the OP is asking about the curved line going from B across the face to R. Sometimes pics can be too big. Can you post a pic of the entire obverse as well as the reverse, please, eddio?

Is it possible this mark was on the planchet before the strike?
It looks to me like the letters and the ribbon are just not fully formed could this be from a strike with insufficient pressure?

Looks like a mark you get from coins out of a mint bag, off-setting, overlapping coins will leave arcuate toning marks from the rims of other coins.

i looked closer te forehead looks like triple doubling to me so does nose and lips, I cant get a full pick with what I have right now. thanks
