i attempted to resize and crop an image that I wanted to post and ask a question about.

the free image optimizer would not open and there is a error/correct - not at the bottom of the page that was trying to open, that says:

webresizer APIkey not found.

is there something I can do - or what can be done to correct this.

any help is appreciated.

thanks
db

update: I restarted my computer (a second time) and I was able to ope the image optimizer.

thanks..

This isn't the first time we've had this intermittent issue.

I believe that's the error we get when the third party server/network that does the processing is down for whatever reason.
