1962 Lhc Proof MD Or RPD?

I'll post the obverse and reverse shots if necessary but hopefully you can answer my questions w/o them.

Does this proof cent have a date showing MD and/or an RPD?

I can see the characteristic MD step-like profile on the right side indicative of MD but I also see something happening on the other side left of the digits. What is going on here and what is the name of the anomaly(ies)?

Looks like MD. RPD stopped long ago.
