Do you guys consider coins that were wasted to be spent?
I used a few dollar coins for a sports ticket and as I was buying my ticket it started to rain then it got heavier and the game was cancelled.
I consider them to be wasted and not spent in the traditional sense since I can not use the ticket at all.
