As a group, we are trying to get dollar coins into circulation to promote their use and help educate the public I suppose. This in the third thread for Dollar coins. There are currently also threads for half dollars, and $2 bills.

Using my post as an example, I spent/"put in circulation" 20 dollar coins. I then subtract my amount from the on-going total, then post the new total. Sometimes other information is given, like a cashier never seeing an Eisenhower dollar before, or having to ask their manager if they can accept them, or other information.
